Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Really good restaurant. Some perks… 1. We ordered below dishes and they are all good. - Fried tofu - crunchy and good with sauce. - Basil Thai with chicken - spicy (I choose medium) and good - Garlic stir fry with chicken and shrimp - Absolute best, really flavorful. - Jasmine tea - good 2. Less seating capacity but can accommodate large group. 3. Service is good and fast. 4. Spent around $150 for 7 people. So better prices.

This was a happy mistake that we came here. We passed by it on our way to a different restaurant, but the wait was so long, we left and came back to Thai Palace. It's a medium sized, family owned, mom and pop shop with a surprisingly large menu and very tasty food. With all of the eating options in Pigeon Forge, we were surprised to see that this place has survived, but I truly believe it is needed. We had the fried calamari and it was tasty. Most likely it was frozen and deep fried, but still good. I had the tofu pad see ew and it was delicious! A very generous portion and seasoned well. I really enjoyed it. BF had the red curry with squid and shrimp and he said it was very good. The rice portion was huge. This was a great find and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The service was a bit slow but otherwise everything was great. The food was on point and nicely cooked. We had Jain (no onion, potato and no garlic) Drunken noodles and masaman curry . The quantity was also good enough for 2 people
