That One Truck

We went to try this truck last night. There were several cars already waiting so I knew it would be a little bit of a wait. We ordered birria tacos and some French fries. We don’t live far so we ran home and came back, picked up our food and went back home. The tacos were good but I was missing my onions and cilantro in both sets of tacos and seemed like barely any cheese. The meat was nice and tender but not much of that in there either. I didn’t know they don’t give you any consume when you order those, which is fine but would have liked to be asked if we wanted to add that or not. I seen a video of a guy trying their food and my food didn’t look like his food did. His came with little containers of their sauce on the side for each item and his bowl of consume. His tacos looked huge and full. I don’t know if they hooked it up for him or if whomever is cooking at our time was in a bad mood or what. I’ll try them one more time to just see if we went on a bad night or what. I was disappointed so I didn’t take any photos. I just want things to be consistent.

Birria tacos were legit! The only reason they didn't get a 5 was there was too much sauce on them.... Birria was nice and not dry.... There was great cheese with good cheese pull... Shell was perfect crisp! I wanted to give them a 5 but I'm sure you can ask them to go light on the sauce... I squeezed the lime and it helped to cut through it nicely... Tacos were delivered out to my car got good service! Atmosphere could use some work.. maybe come picking up around the areas and what looks to me there is oil being dumped out the back of the truck and leaving a spot on the dirt resembling oil or something.... Maybe some sprucing up a bit..... I would go back to try something else no doubt..... Thank you

The Barria flamin tacos are phenomenal!!! The chicken is also really good. If you’re not in the mood for tacos they have many other options.
