Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

🍰✨ That’s a Cake is truly a 10/10 experience! Kesha was absolutely fabulous. She even came out personally to talk with my fiancé and me, which made the experience feel so special and personal. Her staff was warm and inviting, and the entire atmosphere felt welcoming from start to finish. And the desserts? Absolutely phenomenal. The pound cake was next-level amazing, and the ice cream was delicious, truly to die for! Not only were the people warm and inviting, but the cakes were unforgettable. Highly recommend That’s a Cake, you will not be disappointed!

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon after hearing about the pound cake flight. The service was spectacular! Everyone seemed happy to be there. You can tell when people love what they do, and I definitely got that vibe from the staff and the owner. I got the 5 flavor flight, fried. The flavors were strawberry crunch, Oreo, peach cobbler, double butter, and cookie butter. If you’re considering getting this, you need someone to split it with. It was a little TOO much, even for me. Which I guess is to be expected when you order FRIED pound cake lol. My only critique is that I wished the flavors were more pronounced IN the pound cake vs just toppings for some. My favorite was the peach cobbler. I also tried the double butter pound cake by itself. It was okay. The butter flavor wasn’t as pronounced as I thought it’d be. All in all, if I was in the area, I’d probably go back. I wouldn’t go out of my way though.

Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. The pound cake...FYE! I had double butter, chocolate chip cookie dough and lemon crunch. My husband's a tough critic and he said the lemon crunch might be amazing. LOL The cake is moist and flavorful.
