The staff aren't just employees, they are residents of Denver who care about the misfits. The level of care and compassion from the bar staff to the back kitchen truly made a memorial night for us and gave us a safe place in a very dark time. But not just we were taken care of, over the course of several hours we witnessed the staff offering compassionate service to everyone who happened upon their establishment that night. What a cool place! My friend and I went here for the first time last night and had an absolute blast. The aesthetic is right up our alley and the food here is great (extra love for the poutine and beet salad). We also loved that they let you round up when paying so that the money goes to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund. We're from Fort Collins, but will definitely be hitting this place up again the next time we're in town!
