I had the BLT croissant, absolutely amazing. I think her name is Emily, helped us and she was so kind and checked on us during our meal. The bathrooms were clean and the overall look was cozy. Will definitely be coming back.

On our way home from West Bend, I spotted "The Chocolate Factory " and decided to turn around, hoping for some gourmet or hand-dipped chocolates. Imagine my surprise when I got closer and saw the smaller print: “Sub Sandwiches & Ice Cream.” Not quite what I expected, but we went in anyway and ordered a couple of shakes to go. I got the Banana Cream Pie shake, and my friend had the Root Beer shake. Both were good — but not “over the top” good. The restaurant itself was cute with a fun, retro vibe. Overall, it was a decent stop, the cashier was friendly, but the service was slow and I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Really great food and ice cream. Loved the variety. There was plenty of suave to eat indoors and outdoors, and everything was served promptly. The menu was a little overwhelming at first (in a good way!), but staff was super helpful and patient with our large family. A definite must stop for anyone passing through!
