Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

My husband and I are always looking for new restaurants in OKC, especially cuisine we don’t get to have often. We happened across The Clove and had to try it. Guys, you are doing yourselves a disservice if you’ve not eaten there! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing (definitely worth the 5 stars), and the restaurant was clean and well appointed! We had the chili momo, lamb vindaloo, chicken biriyani, and of course, some garlic naan and roti. My husband also had a mango lassi and I had their Darjeeling garden cocktail. Both were EXCELLENT. It’s honestly a must try!

Solid food for the setting. Chicken momos were well made and the orange garlic sauce carried real flavor, while the red sauce was mostly heat. The “biryani” reads more like biryani-style fried rice, tasty and filling but not a traditional dum biryani. That said, it works well for a bar-adjacent spot and casual crowd. I’d come back knowing what it’s aiming to be, not what the name suggests.

I visited this restaurant on Thanksgiving after a long time of wanting to try some outside food, and I was very disappointed. I ordered chicken chow mein and dumplings. The chow mein arrived within 2 minute, was completely cold, and had barely any chicken in it. When I asked for help, I was told someone would come back, but no one did. The dumplings were just okay. Overall, the food quality and service were very poor. I would not recommend this place.
