I called the day ahead to ensure they were open day on Wednesday since we are at the holiday. Lawd, have mercy the second time around was just as delicious. I order turkey leg yams and greens. It was flavorful and whew the tenderness of everything. The vibe was amazing as always. Very friendly family business. The peach tea was everything instantly made it didn't order two. I pay for good food, and just know this soul food is worth it.

I was told most of everything I wanted was sold out due to an event over the weekend. (Beef items) overall, would try again. Cabbage had more pepper than I like, yams were not as sweet but together it was perfect combination. Chicken wings were decent. Oxtails were good. Rice needed somw butter but was good. Service was great. Please note only 4 tables inside so maybe best to get to go.

The service was good and food was hot. They cook each order. Be prepared for a 15 minute wait. They tell you that up front. Chicken was hot but salty for my taste. I was there on a Saturday. The food items I came to try are only on Sundays. May try again. My friend had pork chops. Somewhat pricey
