Great spot for a modern coffee shop vibes. Food was good and coffee was delicious, we got a breakfast sandwich, avocado toast with egg and a kids PB&J that came with extra goodies. The place was clean with plenty of seating inside and outside plus a little area with books and puzzles for littles. Would visit if in the area again!

This was a great experience! I have never been to The Exchange. We had a small team meeting and had a quiet corner. Upon arrival we were greeted. While we were ordering I asked for suggestions or “surprise” me items. When I received my toast with banana and honey and whatever else was on it, I was impressed with the flavor. It was delicious and actually filled me up and I’m not a small guy. My coffee was an iced mocha and it was perfect! The facility was clean and had the best fireplace sitting area. The restrooms were clean and maintained throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be that walking up to the doors may need some scrubbing or at least the black mats, but other than that the location was very clean and maintained. The location is beautiful too. I was impressed and will make the 58 minute drive just because of the service and location!
