We had lunch here recently and it's a very cute little cafe. The menu seems pretty small but they do have a blue plate special that I think changes pretty regularly. Their house-made herbal rootbeer was really good. They do not have a gluten-free bread option here so their gluten-free options are quite limited. Everything we had was very good but it is a bit pricey for how much you get so between that and the limited gluten free options, we probably will only come here occasionally. It's a fun place to stop by after visiting the farmer's market though.

Food is prepared promptly and served with with a pleasant eye appeal. drinks are varied and they offer samples if one isn’t sure about trying something new. The baked goods are awesome—- the cakes are rich in flavor and dense moist texture… like grandma use to make from scratch. Seriously overall food, service, atmosphere it’s definitely a big 👍🏼 thumbs up! For the record, I’m not related—- just appreciate this establishment, Cape is blessed to have it.

Walked into Spanish Street Farmacy after a browse of downtown Cape Girardeau farmers market. Well worth it! The service was amazing and the specialty lattes are to die for! The food could use some fine tuning. Added spices could really transform their menu. Overall definitely a wonderful experience! They even allowed me to play on their piano for a bit!
