Hands down the best hibachi I have had in St Pete. Best hibachi I’ve had in a while. Shrimp was perfectly cooked. Rangoons are filled really well with a lot of meat! So good.

Everything quickly cooked and served Excellent food, from a food truck. Arcadia and Alex do a great job. They bring it to you, even when they get so busy. They are always looking to improve the menu. I got to try something in the works. Game changing stuff. Say hi to them. They are baking in the summer for you! Treat them kindly.

First time here. Got the Shrimp and steak hibachi. Asked to have steak finely chopped. Alex was working the grill and went above and beyond to fulfill my request. Very friendly. The food was on point and the steak just as I requested. Ordered at 6:15 and was ready by 6:25, even with a handful of other orders ahead of me. I highly recommend The Food truck company for a quick and delicious meal. I will definitely be back to try more off the menu!
