Honestly I don’t know how to describe this place. I picked up an order inside since my vehicle was too big for the drive thru, as i walked in the place reeked like sewer. I saw multiple bugs on the floor ants on the wall and trash everywhere. The back looked like a mess. I saw one girl on her phone calling while the other got me my order. I started to make conversation with the girl who got my order as we spoke she mentioned how they are always busy due to not having everything in stock. She mentioned how the boss is never around. In my opinion I don’t think the owner knows how to run a clean business which is very unsanitary. She needs to do something for the sake of the shop and get it together. My order also wasn’t made thick like I had asked them to do it. So I don’t know what was their excuse but they are being paid to do something very simple. Wouldn’t come back honestly first and last time I order a shake there.

Love coming to The Health Nut in Harlingen! I only get to come when I’m here for work, but I’ve never had anything I didn’t like! My order is made in a timely manner and the workers are so kind. Love the Berry Coco smoothie and the Happy Girl juice!🤩
