Wow! What an amazing experience at The Indian Flames food truck! There are about six food trucks in this food truck area, so you have your pick of different foods. However; we would definitely recommend that you try The Indian Flame truck. My husband tried a different food truck and I got chicken curry and the garlic Nann bread at The Indian Flame. I love Indian food, but I often have trouble finding Indian food that is not too spicy for me. I asked the waiter how spicy the curry was. He told me that I could have it whatever way I wanted- anywhere from "no spice" to "Indian hot spicy". I ordered it mild and it was absolutely delicious- very flavorful but not too spicy. My husband tried it and was sorry that he had ordered from a different food truck. Service was quick and friendly and helpful. We will be back! If you like Indian food, you should definitely try The Indian Flame food truck. You will be happy that you did.

We stumbled across the Indian flames On accident. The best accident ever! The service was impeccable, he guided us through the menu and helped us decide what to get and had great hospitality. The food? Even better!! Not pictured is the Samosa Chaat (Ate it Too quick)… There are no words to how good that was. I closed my eyes and shook my head in disbelief. I can’t wait to come back!

Indian Flames is a food truck, which offer authentic Indian cuisine. Wide selections of vegetarian and "non-vegetarian" options. If you don't like Indian spices, you can alway asked the chef to put less spices. Very friendly staff and definitely will be going again.
