We started with the crab dip. The chips and pretzel were great and substantial. The dip portion- for an $18 item- was scanty. About 4T of dip- plate was very shallow. While it was tasty, a larger portion was in order for the price. My two crab cakes for $40 were tasty. The green beans were fresh but way too oily. My husband said the chicken and waffles did was fine. Our server did a good job.

The Mason Jar offered a delightful dining experience with notable standouts. My server Kayla provided excellent service throughout our visit. The Mermaid Mule was expertly crafted. The sweetness and ginger elements created a perfect balance in this well-prepared cocktail. The Pork Fritter was truly the star of the show. Tender meat with hints of smoke and heat, complemented by a delightful creaminess and perfect crispy exterior. The well-seasoned fritter came with two dipping sauces that paired wonderfully both individually and combined. The Chicken Chesapeake featured a juicy chicken breast topped with a flavorful crab dip spread. The bread-to-topping ratio was well balanced, with a quality bun and fresh ingredients throughout. I also tried the Mac and Cheese side, which impressed with its cheesy richness and properly cooked pasta. While the upcharge felt slightly steep for the portion size, the quality was satisfactory. For dessert, the Chocolate Peanut Butter Explosion Cake, though not house-made, was rich and decadent. The peanut butter mousse maintained a light enough texture to avoid overwhelming the palate, and the cake itself was moist and flavorful.
