I'm sorry but it's a hard pass and NO for me. It took me several days to get past this huge disappointment. As you can see, my burger was raw, however, the other issue was that the Mac and cheese wasn't that great. Though it appeared to be in a bake pan, it didn't taste baked and it was missing flavor. Honestly, it tasted just like the Mac and cheese you find at a buffet, it just wasn't as runny. I am totally disappointed because my friend and I went here as a last late night large meal before she got her teeth removed. The place is well kept and clean and the customer service is ok, it's just the food that was a major blow. I appreciate the refund of my burger though. Ugh!!!!!

The food was great! I got the standard cheeseburger and it was very cheesy, which I appreciated. The jalapeño relish on the burger worked really well, didn't make it really spicy at all, just added a bit of extra flavor. I got the garlic parmesan fries, and honestly they might have been a bit too garlicky for me, I wasn't expecting so much minced garlic to be in there. The soda fountain has sodas from a local (afaik) soda brand, and they were all pretty good. Service was great, I ordered at one of the kiosks so I could take my time looking through the menu. You get one of those pucks that vibrate when your order's ready after you pay. There's also a screen showing which orders are ready and which are being worked on still, which I thought was neat. The wait for the food wasn't long. While I was finishing up my meal one of the workers walked by each table to check up on everyone, offer a sample of one of their cookies, and ask us to leave a good review online :) The restaurant itself has a nicely decorated interior, chairs could maybe be a tiny bit more comfortable but I doubt it'd end up being a problem in the time it would take you to finish a burger. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in the area and looking for food. Nice to have somewhere that's open late too, it seems like everywhere closes early these days

It was my first time trying out Melt and let me tell you they have the best burgers and fries in Sac! Everything was fresh and tasty. I got the original melt burger with garlic Parmesan fries and my uncle got the impossible shroom burger with fries. Their customer service was top tier! Tim and Remy made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a free desert cookie. Also the place was very clean and plenty of seating . I see why they are at 4.8 on Google because it shows in their positive attitude and their delicious food of course! I will definitely eat here again :).
