Where to start?! This establishment offers an expansive selection of herbs, spices, vitamins, healthy snacks, and other health and wellness related products. Great spot to buy herbs for loose leaf teas. They also have the cafe in the back with lots of great options, vegan and nonvegan alike. Reasonable prices all around, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, plus it’s always very clean. This place is great :)

Great spot to buy herbs for loose leaf teas. They also have the cafe in the back with lots of great options, vegan and nonvegan alike. I was up in the area for an unrelated appointment, and whenever I visit new places, I like to check out the health food stores. This one didn't disappoint. Large selection of refrigerated foods, and the bulk food section was amazing. I was there in the late afternoon, and an associate who helped me find a supplement suggested trying out Dave's chicken noodle soup in their Cafe. I liked the soup, just a bit too salty for my taste. Loved the cafe seating set up in a back sun room (enclosed). I noticed that some, not all, of the products seemed overpriced. I would definitely stop in again when I am in the area again. The staff were informative and friendly, and the employee offered to sign me up for their loyalty rewards, and gave the option of bags, or offered to put my items into a box- reuse, recycle ♻️ 😀 I accepted, and cat promptly took over the box when it was unpacked at home. Edit added: parking was a little tricky for me, as it's parallel vs. Perpendicular to the store, so use caution when exiting onto the busy roads.

Very friendly staff :) it smells so good! Nice on a cold day. We got the coffee, tofu scramble, and the western style egg wrap with chicken added, the blueberry cream pie, and some other sweets. The food is flavorful and fresh. The coffee is delicious, definitely some of the best food I’ve had in the area!
