Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Cozy historic setting witg brick walls and beautiful art. We ordered the lemon chicken soup to start, veal marsala with pasta, white fish with a side of greek potatoes and green beans, and greek salads. Everything came out just luke warm. The flavor of the lemon chicken soup was good but would have been better served hot. The veal marsala was absolutely disgusting. Again, just luke warm to the point that the sauce was almost gelled, which makes me think they didn't make it fresh, but just pulled it out of the fridge and warmed it. The white fish was cooked freash, but just lacked flavor. The greek potatoes were barely warm, so I didn't eat them, and the green beans had a weird soapy taste. Even the greek salad was just, blah. Not to mention, the garlic bread they brought to the table was also barely warm. All in all, not a positive food experience. The people working there were nice and polite.

Let me begin by saying I drove 2 hours for this exceptional experience. From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was seamless. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel like more than just another table. Service was attentive without being intrusive—drinks stayed full, plates arrived at the perfect pace, and every question was met with a knowledgeable, genuine answer. The food itself was exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and careful preparation. Portions were generous, but the quality made it impossible not to savor every bite. It’s rare to find a menu where each item feels like a standout, but this place delivered across the board. What tied everything together was the management. Martin Draper, treated us like family! It was clear they run a tight ship—the flow of the evening was smooth, the staff worked in harmony, and the attention to detail never wavered. There’s a confidence and pride here that filters into the entire dining experience. If you’re looking for a restaurant that nails service, food, and leadership all at once, this is it. An easy five stars and a place I’ll be returning to often.

So if you're looking to the right when you get to Hiram, you'll miss it. Hiram is a small, small town, but nestled in the center is a quaint restaurant that is pretty good. Service is excellent, and the food is 4-5 stars. This was an anniversary dinner, so we did the full menu - appetizer, dinner, and dessert. Total out the door was $115. Some of that was a pizza we got on a takeout for lunch the be t day, so dinner was about $90. I'll say that I'll be back, but I'll stick with entrees.
