The Original Pancake House Maple Grove

Literally just walked out of this place and cannot wait to go back! We have serious gluten allergies and always have to be cautious of where we eat so finding this gem made our day! The staff was attentive and friendly, we were spoken to by a manager no less than three times to ensure that our food was good. Phenomenal food! Truly cannot say enough about the food, the quantity for the price, even the hot chocolate was terrific! All three of us are celiac had different variations of crêpes that are a must try! If there’s a wait time, it’s well worth the wait! Thankful to the staff at OPH for filling our bellies on our travels through Minnesota.

My girlfriend and I were in town from Detroit, and looking for a local breakfast gem. We decided to take our shot with The Original Pancake House of Maple Grove and it did not disappoint our server Kaci addressed all of our needs and requests promptly, allowing us to never feel we were on our own. I got the Lumberjack breakfast bowl; delicious. She got an order of eggs and the sausage gravy. Kaci was kind enough to help her with some accommodations to her meal (recent jaw surgery) so she was able to enjoy a meal for the first time in a few days. Last but not least or least, the pancakes are what you come here for. Golden brown, fluffy and ready to absorb the perfect amount of butter and syrup for every bite. Side.note: my girl got me one of their mugs they have for sale at the front. Very retro and cool. Old school Midwest breakfast joint vibes.

Ashley was amazing! She greeted us with warm coffee and a bright, welcoming smile, helped us choose our order, and made us feel so comfortable. We honestly loved her even more than the breakfast—her warmth made the whole experience even better. Great service at Grove location!
