We were more than impressed with the outstanding level of service! When we placed our order we were told one of the items was not on the menu...but much to our surprise that item arrived with our meal!! Ryan, the manager, ran next store to the grocery store and purchased the item we ordered! That level of customer service is unheard of and deserves a standing ovation! Ordered, picked up & devoured!! So dddddelicious! 😋 We must emphasize that the Summer Berry salad is consistently well prepared! However, our recent order(s) of Pizza on Friday & yesterday was less than positive. So, we've had to modify the feedback from a 5 to a 3 because our pizza order had an essential ingredient left off; the manager was extremely kind & considerate and offered me the oppty for a redo. Hoooowevvverr, the Redo was worse than the one with the ingredient forgotten...it was visibly burnt & and consequently, it negatively affected what could have been a great tasting pizza.
