I would not recommend what I had: the breakfast burrito. I had assumed that the tater tots would be on the plate next to the burrito, but they were packed into it! It was awful. There were very few black beans in it. You could count them on one hand. My husband had the Chilaquiles and was astounded at how bad it was… though the eggs, he said we’re good. The atmosphere is wonderful , the service is good and people are very friendly. I hope I can order something better next time.

Ordered a Bahn Mi and requested it to be in a wrap rather than on ciabatta- they were able to substitute the wrap but for some reason did not toss the tofu in any sauce, which made the wrap incredibly dry and flavorless (It did have the sriracha cilantro mayo, but that was pretty flavorless). Also not sure why more than half the wrap was just plan cabbage mix? The beet salad was awesome and saved my lunch today - will be back for that. Hoping for a better experience in the future.

This has been my go to place for 10+ years for meeting with friends, university folks, business colleagues, and more. Plus, we've taken our kids here dozens of times. The ambience is chill, and it's super easy to have any kind of conversation without your neighboring table overhear everything you're saying. :) The salad and deli options are healthy, fresh, and affordable. The grits with beans, salsa, cheese, and runny eggs is filling and delicious. The coffee is warm and plentiful. And the outdoor seating is a nice option blissful spring and fall days in Chapel Hill. Highly recommended!
