Went today November 21,2025 Everything was exceptional!!! Went today Friday November 7, 2025… everything was delicious and perfect. So so fresh !!! Very clean, large selections, fast, friendly salad preparers and cashier. It goes by weight of product, so you decide volume. What I truly enjoy better than anywhere else, I know I just fixed it unlike buying from a grocery store and paying over $8. Plus, I can even get meat for this price with my variety of lettuces , fruits, and berries, plus, I can even combine dressing in one bowl or split and have two different salads… all for around $8. You can’t get that nowhere else. The manager was there the day I went and greeted me plus, asked if I needed it chopped then, promptly, received my payment at register and bagged it plus, gave me a good day. I was extremely pleased. You won’t get that kind of food, variety, freshness and etiquette/manners almost anywhere else.

I understand that this restaurant is the make-it-yourself type, which I have no problem with. I just wish the employees would be more helpful. I was getting food for me and my family, and I asked the employees how I order something specific from the menu. I was told that I had to do it myself by looking at the ingredients on the menu. I asked for help and they told me that they couldn’t help me fix any of the food. I had a big order so it was a little frustrating. It’s also cheaper going in store than ordering online, so that’s why I didn’t order ahead. They also encouraged me to tip after refusing to help me. All they did was weigh my food so of course I wasn’t going to tip. Food was good, customer service was nonexistent.

Ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Never thought I would like a salad restaurant, but I was wrong. A must try if you have never had. Large variety of ingredients produced by local farms.
