The earthy truffle and savory steak combination was next level — easily the best of the bunch. For the Pane Cunzatu (Sicilian-style bruschetta), we chose: • Whipped Ricotta • Whipped Goat Cheese & Peperonata • Pea Pesto • Prosecco Grapes Each one had its own personality, but the absolute favorite was the Prosecco Grapes — gorgonzola dolce, Sicilian pistachio, and pink peppercorn. The sweet and savory balance was perfection, and the texture combination made it unforgettable. The quality of ingredients really shines through in every dish, and you can tell there’s attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. It’s elevated but still warm and inviting — the kind of place that feels special without being pretentious. Definitely one of our new favorite Italian spots in Fort Worth. Went to The Sicilian Butcher on 2/22 for a Galentine’s brunch and had such a great experience! The food options were delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The décor is absolutely beautiful — warm, stylish, and perfect for photos. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made our brunch even more enjoyable. I love their lunch menu — very reasonable prices and generous portions for your buck. And don’t skip the gelato ice cream to finish — so good! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! 💕🍝🍨
