My fiancé and I were beyond impressed by the variety and quality there was at this new spot The Spark. To start, we had some hot crunchy samosas and some flavorful flame momos, which are their momos in tandoori spices. Our curries were deliciously flavored and nicely spiced(you can order 1-10 level spice, we got 3 and 5 and they were perfectly fine). For dessert we went all out with mango lassi, a carrot pudding, and mango popsicle that tasted so fresh! The customer service was also very friendly, the server was very attentive for anything we needed. The owner is also very kind and when he's there, he walks by the tables and makes sure everyone is satisfied. This spot is a MUST TRY!

Very warm and accommodating atmosphere and staff. Food was hot fresh and delicious. Spice level 3-4 will get your (at least my) nose running just a bit. It goes up to ten so beware but everything was excellent. I got Lamb samosas, jhol momo (chicken), chicken korma, and pan lassi which I'd never had before but was refreshing and slightly floral in taste. Honestly the lamb samosas were the best thing here but just barely. Will be back again soon!

The food and service here is outstanding! Great flavors and generous portions. Clean restaurant and nicely decorated. I don't think people realize that there are a couple of restaurants in this little strip mall area so they really need word of mouth support!
