The standout experience at this establishment is its cleanliness and efficiency. Reviewers consistently praise the well-maintained bowling alley, restrooms, and restaurant, as well as the friendly and attentive service. The hostess and server are often described as delightful and nice, making for a pleasant visit. While the food is not consistently praised, the au jus sauce is a notable exception, with one reviewer calling it "delicious." However, be aware that wait times are typically short, and you can expect to be seated quickly. Reservations may not be necessary, but it's worth checking ahead of time to confirm hours and availability.

Excerpts

Worst example of a beef kabob plate. Kabob was nothing more than a few strips of steak, bell pepper, onion, and tomato that was obviously thrown together on a hot flat top and cooked for a couple of minutes. No skewers, no grilling. And then charged $20 for a $10 plate. Ate a couple of bites and left entire plate. Another waste of hard earned money on shitty food. I had this same exact plate a few years back at a bar in Chicago. Willing to pay double per plate and keep going back to Chicago than spend another penny on this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The French dip sandwich was average. The au jus sauce was delicious and the fries were unsalted. It was serviceable but not memorable. The bowling alley, the restrooms, the restaurant are all very clean and well cared for and my hostess/server was delightful and nice and meet at a good visit. It's probably worth another visit not compelling. Like everywhere, prices are crazy high, $5 sodas, $17 sandwich, too expensive but that's hard to get away from these days.

It's a great place to meet and talk to friends. You're typically seated fast and get water or coffee within the first minutes of being seated. Every reasonable kind of egg, burger, salad, and soft drink available is delivered to your table or counter seating. Efficiency and good manners abound. I have to say, it's the most hassle free place you can go, with great parking, great service, big menu with food designed to make you happy.
