I need to emphasize that the woman on staff was very kind and a good worker. She was super understanding of our frustrations. Everything my partner and I wanted to order on the menu just was not available. By the time we finally found out what was actually on the menu, we were disappointed and just wanted to eat. Unfortunately, the Cubano was barely filled with anything. The chik’n with rice and beans was cold. We didn’t bother sending it back as we had been waiting to eat and were already frustrated with the lack of our choices being on the menu. The atmosphere is a great vibe. Very cute. I just hope the quality steps up in the culinary works.

It was my first time here as I wanted to try all vegan food and found this place a bit farther from where I lived, I love the cozy vibe and the food was prepared with love and had so much flavor! Definitely would recommend! Would come again it’s nice and intimate and loved the decor.

I dined in at Vegan Factory on Rahway Avenue in Elizabeth and tried the BX Cheesesteak with fries. The flavor and texture were seriously on point, and it tasted just like a classic cheesesteak. The plant-based mushroom with beef was seasoned perfectly, the vegan cheese melted just right, and the grilled onions took it to the next level, it came with crispy fries and omg it was amazing. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the vibe inside was chill and welcoming. Even if you’re not vegan, this sandwich is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back.
