Traveling from out of town and stumbled across this gem. They currently have some construction otherwise it would be 5 stars across the board. I had the tomato bisque with a tomato basil sandwich and it hit the spot for a late lunch.

The Vine is my favorite place in Ottumwa. The dirty spiced Chai, espresso, and London Fog are always fantastic. Try the biscuits and gravy or tomato soup! The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. I visited almost daily for 6 weeks and never got anything else than EXCELLENT service.
