One thing that can turn a good restaurant into a great one, is a fab seasonal menu 🙌🏽 @the_winstonpub just launched their new Fall menu and it is a crowd pleaser! Here are some notable dishes/drinks we tried and my honest opinions on each ⬇️ 🥃 Whiskey Flight - rotates whiskeys every Wednesday. We enjoyed 2/3 whiskeys in this week’s flight 🥔 Parmesan Truffle Crispy Potatoes - like potato chips. I’m not a huge fan of truffle but they weren’t too bad (light truffle flavor) 🥖 Artisan Baked Bread - SOME OF THE BEST BREAD IVE EVER HAD! Hot, fresh, and went amazing with butter 🌯 California Club Wrap - your standard wrap, nothing special 🍝 Cacio e Pepe - could’ve been better, definitely needed more sauce I wanted to try their Crispy Asian Steak Salad and their Steak & Potato Burrito but the restaurant was out of steak 🫠 Special shoutout to Zack (our waiter) he killed it!!

Ok so! Never head of this place before. Friends of mine told me to meet them here for dinner. Walked in and it felt upscale and too fancy for what I was wearing! Which was a hoodie and work jeans and old shoes! Lolol. The place was really neat and very clean. Restrooms were clean as well. The one restroom to the far left didn’t have a sink in it that I could find. So that was a bit odd. Unless it was hidden. Lolol. Sat down and was immediately tended to by the waitress. She was great. Informative on the questions that I had asked, very enthusiastic about the whole menu. I felt a great vibe from her. I noticed when I came in this wonderful looking chicken dish. So I asked and she said it was their wings. Very intriguing! The menu really wasn’t bad as far as choosing items. They had some very unique items. And I can’t believe I didn’t get a pic of the menu!!! My bad! I ended up ordering the sweet chili housin wings with a wedge salad and a side of balsamic dressing. Food came out very timely. When I tried the first wing the texture for me was kind of rubbery. I like my wings crispy, 100%. It’s a texture thing for me! The wedge was delicious! The waitress came and asked how everything was and I was honest with her. I let her know I was not as excited as she was about the wings after tasting them. I asked is she could have them make them crispy. So without hesitation, off she went! To make my experience a good one. The manager Sunni came over and she informed me that they use a corn starch on the wings and it might not get the texture that I was looking for. Thank you for letting me know! She offered another item and I grabbed the menu and ordered “the president”. Chicken fried steak sandwich on a really nice bun! I enjoyed it. With the sweet potato fries. I would serve the sweet potato fries with a honey bbq glaze or something unique to keep their cool vibe going. For desert I got the two options to try. Sweet potato cheesecake with toasted marshmallows on top. I will say I loved the flavors. I would change the dish just due to the texture. If I was to do it, I would use a Mallo Crème drizzle over a graham cracker crumble on top of the cheesecake. I feel like it need some more texture. MORE COWBELL! Lololololol. Chocolate mouse cake was good. Had an Oreo crust to it. Very sweet it was! All and all, I enjoyed my visit here. I think they are doing a great job with customer service and that will take them far. Clean restaurant and restooms, friendly staff that want you to have a good time. And a manager that stepped up immediately to come see what she had to do to make my experience a better one. Great job team! I would totally come back and grab something else off the menu!

The bartenders were so amazing and helpful! It was my first time and y’all let me tell You they have a HAPPY HOUR every day of the week from 3-6! Just a variety of cocktails and 3 styles of tacos!! So worth it! The ceviche and shrimp tacos were my favorites! Roger is the manager over there and he will get you all set up.
