I wish I could give a -100 star rating for their service. The employees seem to have no idea what goes with what. We visited on Sunday for lunch. No one greeted us, and no one came to take our orders. We had to go to their counter multiple times just to place our order. There was no water, no plates, no napkins, and no table cleaning—we had to do everything ourselves. It feels better to eat at home instead of going there and doing the same work while eating out. The food is not extraordinary. I will not be going back and do not recommend this place.

Great tasting Maharashtrian food. Lot of traditional food items on the menu. But since staff is new, service is slow + they mixup the order sometimes. While the staff needs to be trained better (with respect to order taking, serving, interaction, coordination etc.), their food game is bang on 🔥.

We visited for the first time after hearing many good things, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. After reserving a table and driving more than 30 minutes to the restaurant, we still had to wait around 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we ordered 5 to 6 items and were told the food was being prepared. After waiting nearly 45 minutes with no updates, we had to ask the staff ourselves about the status of the order. Only then were we informed that there had been confusion with the order and nothing had actually been prepared. Very disappointing experience and poor communication overall. The restaurant needs significant improvement in customer service and order management.
