This little shop was amazing! Some friends and I wanted to get coffee after leaving an Airbnb and saw T&B on here, decided to swing by. We stayed and chatted for like 4 hours, the vibes were so so good and we had a great time. The coffee was phenomenal (a literally flawless brown sugar lattee for me), the baristas were gracious and unbothered by one of our more complicated orders, and they sold not only great food/drinks, but also local and hand made goods! We had a great time lounging and people watching, you can really tell that Lockhart has a close and vibrant local community. We all agreed we're excited to come for a longer stay, and plan to swing by for great coffee before we go explore what other gems the town has. Thank you for a perfect Sunday morning Thorn & Bread!!

I absolutely love this place and the owner! Best vibes, comfy seating, and of course tasty food and drinks! I often have no wait, but it’s a small locally owned business that is popular so occasionally I may have a short wait. I’m happy to hang around for the lovely atmosphere and take advantage of the moment to pet dogs, chat with friends, or make a new friend! Soak in every vibe! I love how connected they are to the community. 🤝
