Three Buddies

We went to the UGA basketball game and googled a place to grab some wings, and Three Buddies looked to be a solid option. I loved our experience from beginning to end. Food was ready quickly. The service was absolutely exceptional (shout out to the manager KJ, who went above and beyond to make it a great visit). Portions were great. Price was fair. Food tasted delicious. Another thing I noticed (as someone who eats out frequently) is the quality of their products… the napkins, cups, to go containers, condiments, heck, even the plastic bags… it’s all high quality. Nearly every restaurant goes cheap on a lot of such things… but Three Buddies didn’t. My kids even said, "They have the GOOD ICE here." :) When we visit Athens again, Three Buddies is now in our rotation. Go support them and try their food… especially the lemon pepper wings!

Today I tried the Cajun Chicken Sandwich and fries as well as the Thai Basil Fried Rice with a 6pc Jamaican Jerk Wings ( the former is not pictured because it was devoured lol). Everything was very flavorful. Easy on the jerk if you’re not keen on spice. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and made sure the experience there was a great one. Highly recommend, I will be going back.
