Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

“Bagels make it better..” -The last words my grandpa spoke to me before he got lost at sea.. Well that wisdom has never left my heart, or my palate. I’ve had bagels around the world, from Bagledesh to Bakersfield, from Bengal to Bethlehem.. & I tell ya.. The Green Chili bagel breakfast sangich slapped. Delicioso. Shout of to the bagel builder in the kitchen. Grandpa would be proud.. 🌊🥯

Best burrito I’ve had in a long time! I can’t remember if all of most of the ingredients were locally sourced. But it was sooooo clean and high quality. The eggs and chili were local. The green was hotter than the red. The red was soooooo good it’s hard to find super good homemade chili. Tortilla was also homemade. I just really enjoyed every bite knowing it was truly local and clean. They are all super nice too! Can’t beat the old town patio vibe either! I added beans with potatoes on the side, Xmas

My absolute favorite place to eat in Albuquerque. All natural locally sourced healthy and yummy food and cute gifts such as teas, essential oils, bath stuff, and little trinkets. Their soups are amazing !!! Nice outdoor seating with a view of the mountains and bell tower in old town. The best.
