Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I was really excited to try this place based off a recommendation. We were warned that they were typically pretty busy on Sundays/Packer game days...and they were right. I was a little surprised at just how small the place was. There wasn't really a waiting area so over 15 people were shoulder to shoulder at the door. After we put our name in for a group of 4, we were told we'd have a wait somewhere around 40 min--We waited in our car. After just 20 min, our table was called 🙌 I will say that because there is not a large entry for waiting, it was a little weird to have waiting guests standing right up near your table. Service was a little slow... not sure if they were understaffed or if it was just the rush hour. The staff were friendly and doing their best. There was only 1 barista, so drinks took awhile. Our table ordered 2 lattes: butterbeer and marshmallow. I couldn't tell the difference... couldn't taste the flavor in either. Mine tasted slightly burnt tho. For food, our group ordered Mario's Power Up Omelet, the Basic Betty, and the Challeluhyah French Toast. The omelet was "meh". I was told off the bat that they are out of the truffle oil... not sure if that would have made a difference 🤷‍♀️ but it seemed kind of bland and very earthy from the mushrooms. My second cut into the omelet, a small hair popped out 🫠 I could have got a new dish, but I honestly didn't want to have to wait with the service being slow already. The sourdough toast and apple jam were good. Basic Betty had no complaints-- my daugter loved the hashbrowns. The French toast was great--loved it. Overall, I think it is a nice place and fun menu but I wouldn't put it on my "must-go" list.

I came on a whim after reading reviews and looking over the pictures posted. When I arrived they customers in front of me were walking out with remarks of "its an hour wait" and "wow 45 minutes". I was a single customer and chose to take my chances. I was seated at the counter. Water and asked me about drinks immediately. They apologized for the little wait before they came to take my order. Menu was well organized and descriptive. My main reason to come here was the eggs Benedict. As I sat I overheard they were going to close early due to staff shortage. They remained attentive and focused on treating customers right. Food came quickly and man was it delicious. The eggs Benedict came with a little side of greens, whatever dressing they used just popped in my mouth! I spoke to the waitress and she did confirm that early closure was spoken about but fellow staff must have rallied around this restaurant because she said that they now had enough staff to stay open. If you ever want a friendly meal with great taste stop here!
