We really wanted to love this place more than we did. There’s nothing bad to say — but unfortunately, nothing that truly stands out either. The restaurant was fairly busy, but we were seated and helped right away. Service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. My wife ordered the mac & cheese and said it was some of the best she’s had — super creamy and flavorful. The only downside was the chicken on top, which was pretty bland, so she ended up eating around most of it. I went with the heartland burger. It was decent, but overall pretty middle-of-the-road not worth the $17. The patty looked very uniform and neatly circular — almost like it may have been frozen rather than hand-formed (though I could be wrong). The meat itself was fine, and the barbecue sauce was actually really good. The coleslaw lacked flavor, and while the corn fritters underneath the burger were a nice touch, they were just okay. Same with the Brussels sprouts — not bad, just nothing memorable. Overall, it’s a solid spot with good service and a nice vibe. We’d go back at some point, but we’re not necessarily rushing to return. Would be worth trying again and seeing if other items are any better

Overall a good place to stop and eat at. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. We ordered the Parmesan artichoke dip with chips, chicken schnitzel, and adult grilled cheese. Great food, great service, and the atmosphere was chill!

Love the food and service is amazing. The vibe of the restaurant is cool, but it can get loud. Seating and table sizes are good, and I like that the front door has an entry way (to keep the weather out during the winter). Prices are good as well. I would like a better (more descriptive and thorough) bar menu. There are beers available that aren't listed and several of the cocktails come in pint glasses with a lot of ice and their sour is from a soda gun, so it's carbonated.
