Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We ordered the pork gyoza, spicy tonkatsu ramen, and a poke ball. The gyoza was delicious, it’s the variety that’s deep fried. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was very flavorful. The noodles were on the harder side, which I prefer. The poke bowl was very good, particularly the rice. The service and atmosphere was also very solid!

Some friends and I were trying to find a good ramen place to eat for lunch, when we came across Koro Ramen and decided to try it, and definitely glad we came! I got the Tonkotsu Ramen while my friends get the spicy version, it was AMAZING! They were extremely nice and friendly to me and my friends, and food came out pretty fast too. Definitely coming back again!

The food was delicious — my husband had the ramen and I ordered the poke, and we both really enjoyed our meals. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Our server was excellent: very friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
