This place was so good. We walked in and it was pretty dead so we were worried. We were sat down immediately. Our order was taken quickly. The food came out hot and fresh. The pork belly skewers were perfect. The server / host was nice and friendly.

This is a gem in the Salt Lake City area. The ramen is great, with lots of options and the rolls were delicious. Plenty of indoor seating and the sushi was delicious too. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Would come again.

I inquired if they had Chirashi Sashimi bowl (a variety of sashimi over sushi rice). It was not on the menu but the chef overheard me and said he would make it for me. He crafted an amazing Chirashi Bowl. Ask for it when you're there. Nicely done by the folks at Toro Ramen.
