01/18/2026 Sunday Afternoon Rush STAFF: They were A.P.P (attentive, pleasant and prompt). It wasn't just our table but their attitudes and customer service towards the other guests were noteworthy. ATMOSPHERE: Clean interior and exterior. Ample seating, clean booths and tables. Self serving area organized and clean. Smaller waiting area but again, this place is thriving and it is a buffet so there is a wait depending on your arrival. Bright lights, beautiful decor - overall aesthetically pleasing. FOOD: The food was simply the best of any Asian buffet restaurant I've been to thus far. The food was fresh, in abundance and not at all lacking in variety. I was taken back at the assortment of foods. I was able to try things I likely wouldn't have been encouraged to try. The fruit was picture perfect; bright and juicy. I have never eaten fruit at a buffet place until this visit. Again, I usually avoid desserts at a buffet place but they had some eye catching treats. The chocolate mousse pudding was by far my favorite. If I hadn't filled up on their delicious food, I would've filled up on those sweets 😅 PRICE: For the assortment and freshness alone, I'd definitely say it was worth the price. I was treated to lunch here and was told upon looking at the bill that it was reasonably priced. The server was tipped considerably as well. LOCATION: The parking can require a few deep breaths and patience. This is my only mild complaint. This place is so popular, it deserves to be in a standalone location (something to consider in the future). Customers are competing for parking with mall goers. I had to park near the service road which was probably best considering that I over indulged 🤣. It is accessible and noticeable so there shouldn't be much trouble locating it. The sign is bold and large near BJs Pizza so if you have trouble, just circle around and you should see it.

This place is a great spot for food lovers, especially those who enjoy sushi and seafood. The restaurant is spacious, with plenty of tables and clean restrooms. However, the wait staff could be more attentive. We weren’t offered any refills on our drinks, and we didn’t even get our fortune cookies. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant time and hope to return in the future.

Town East Asian Buffet is a newer spot located next to the mall (though without direct mall access), which means parking can sometimes be tricky since it shares spaces with mall shoppers. Prices run about $20 per person plus $2.99 for drinks, which is about average for a buffet of this type. The inside is more modern than the typical Asian buffet, giving it a fresher, updated feel. Servers were friendly and attentive, clearing tables quickly and keeping things moving smoothly. One note: if you’re dining with six or more people, a service charge is automatically added to the bill. Staff explained this is a gratuity for larger parties, but we weren’t sure if it’s applied to every check, so it’s worth double-checking your total. We also left an additional tip for our server and just hoped it reached him, since another staff member cleared our table at the end. As for the food—very good overall. They offered all the seafood items we wanted (except crab legs) and even had a few unique items not commonly seen at other Asian buffets, like scallion pancakes, which my daughter especially enjoyed. The restrooms were clean and decent, and the overall dining experience felt well-kept and organized. Since it’s still new, everything is in great shape—we just hope the quality and service stay consistent over time, as many buffets tend to decline after the excitement of their opening months. Overall: Good food, attentive service, modern decor, and a solid variety for the price. Definitely worth trying, especially if you’re in the area.
