Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I had high expectations at first based on the reviews, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to them. Our waiter seemed more focused on watching TV and never checked on our table. The service felt inattentive. The food was just average and lacked the rich flavor that a good bowl of pho should have.

Very delicious. I love the broken rice and the broths. The shrimp was super fresh. I also got the banana dessert which came smothered in coconut milk and was pleasantly surprising. The banh mi sandwiches is such a good deal, under $10 and super flavorful and filling.

I was looking forward to trying Tram's following a good word from others. Alas, our first visit was rather disappointing. The egg rolls were made with a mystery meat that was unappetizing and over-fried. Th e chicken Pho was fair but light on meat and the broth was very oily. They brought us a bowl of wonton soup though we did not order it. We tried the extra soup so it would not go to waste. Again, fair but not my taste. If you seek authentic Vietnamese, Tram's may be a good option. However, I simply did not care for their recipe and service.
