Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We got there about 15 minutes after they opened up. No one else came or went while we were there. The server was nice. Our food came out pretty quick. The food was hot and fresh. For the price it would have been nice to have a little bit more fries but the fries were very good. Two of us got hamburgers in the portions were nice. One guy ordered a Reuben sandwich and I think he was hoping for a little bit more substance because the prices were similar but he survived. There are a lot of cool pictures on the walls. A lot of them are for sale. Most of them are landscape pictures of the surrounding areas. They were reasonably priced.

Great little place with good food. Not over priced. Friendly and comfy atmosphere. Staff were all great. Great place for a nice warm meal. We had the romantic chicken, which was very good. The Rueban was good, but the fries seemed like they were coated with fish batter maybe? Overall great experience.

I went in for dinner, took forever to get a drink. Asked if they had sweet tea, and the host said yes. When she brought out the tea, she also included a spoon “in case I needed to add MORE sugar”. It wasn’t sweet to begin with, so I don’t appreciate the lie. If you didn’t have sweet tea, just say so, I would have made another choice. After sitting with a menu and being overlooked for a good 10 minutes, I walked out. The place was loud, people laughing like drunk lunatics. Totally couldn’t deal with all aspects of this place, there was zero redeeming factors for me. The lies, tea, customer service and atmosphere were all terrible. And as I watched plate after plate of food being brought out around me, I lost my appetite. Didn’t even look or smell good. Do people actually like this place? Or is because you have limited options, fast food aside?
