Monday night at 50 mins from closing sometime with whatever pinch of salt you feel is appropriate. Dirty tables, dead atmosphere and improperly exited food with no drinks options besides soda. As of writing there is a VILE stench of raw sewage emanating from somewhere in the establishment that is permitting the eating environment. As of time of finishing my meal the stench persists and has thoroughly ruined the meal. The meal itself was a salmon bowl. The salmon was overly dosed with lemon to the point where it needed to be smothered or covered with some other carb and/or sauce to be palatable. The rice was hard and lame but this is the standard for this state and county and therefore aught not be counted against this establishment. I found the vegetables fine and the broccoli pretty good. I understand that a new member of staff was being trained when we arrived and also we are party of (separated bills) eight arriving 50 minutes before total close. But the stench and the poor service and preparation cannot afford a higher score than what I have given.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Tropical Grille. I ordered a bowl expecting a flavorful, satisfying meal, but instead got undercooked rice that was actually raw and hard. On top of that, it was overly salty to the point that it was hard to eat. It completely ruined the entire dish. I don’t know if it was a one-time kitchen mistake or a sign of poor quality control, but either way, it was unacceptable.

I love this place but they need to tell food preparer's not to serve bad lettuce. I've had this happen twice. It can make people sick. If it's brown it needs to be thrown out .
