Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

So the guy was nice who took my order and had me pay but the food was terrible. It was very busy when we walked in so we thought it was a good decision. Once getting our food we realized the burger wasn’t very flavorful. It also doesn’t come with any condiments and nobody tells you. We went around 2:30 pm so we thought it would be all fresh. Our fries were soggy and gross. Mozzarella sticks were gross, cold and tasteless. Their marinara tasted like a knock off Campbells tomato soup. The pizza looks gross and doesn’t taste much better. I only live 12 minutes from this place. Again, guy was nice and all but the food was terrible and not worth the 75$

We ended up of the Truckee Brewing Co as the ramen place next door was packed and we had a party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). This place is your standard brewery-type restaurant with a long list of brew options. Starting with the service, our waitress was fantastic! I wish I caught her name, but she was patient with the kids and always had a smile! As for the food, the chicken wings with the Blueberry BBQ sauce was awesome! The burger I ordered was cooked to my liking, but the bun made it taste a bit dry. It was good, but not great. The pizza looked great, though I didn’t have space to try it. We finished off by sharing the lava cake, which was delicious! Overall, glad we ended up here and would definitely recommend!

Excellent. The Buffalo chicken pizza was great except the strips were overcooked. They should do them separately and add to the pizza later. IMO anyway. Minor complaint. It was still great. The bartender/waitress was fantastic. Brought my dog water and real life friendly not the "forced to be nice to you" that we find so much in the service industry now.
