Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I have tried the other branch in LA and I like the NJ one better. The line here is much shorter and the food comes out really fast. The noodles are firm and chewy and the broth is rich and flavorful. The tsukemen was delicious and the chashu was tender with a nice smoky taste.

Amazing tsukemen and ramen! Even the appetizers are great — we love the karaage and yubu. We always come here because the food tastes incredible every time. The staff are very friendly, and the shop has cool anime vibes that make the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

We visited Tsujita NJ Artisan Noodles and tried both the dipping noodles and tonkotsu ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had a great texture. Overall, the taste was solid. The only downside was the thick cut pork belly, it was a bit too salty for our liking. Still, the experience was enjoyable and worth a visit if you’re into hearty ramen.
