My favorite part about these products is that you don’t have to compromise flavor when you’re trying to eat healthy. The ingredients are simple to read so you know exactly what you’re consuming. All of the products in the picture are great, but I’ve been mostly impressed by the waffle mix. Absolutely delicious and moist , and gluten-free, which is a rare find.

The folks at Twisted Healthy Foods produce some great products. My wife and I really like their Twisted Seasoning and peas and rice. We have yet to try any of their products that we did not like.
