Let me tell you about Udipi Bhavan. Incredible place. Vegetarian, totally vegetarian, and people love it. The smell when you walk in? Warm, beautiful food. It hits you and suddenly your appetite is winning again. Absolutely winning. You’ve got people going to temple, very devoted people, they come over to eat. Great people. Really great people. And the students from Wesleyan? They’re there all the time. Smart crowd. They know where the good food is. Everybody should try it. Everybody. Be patient, okay? Great food takes a little time.
