Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Food here is delicious! Very good Korean dishes! We ordered garlic edamame (10/10), Korean army soup, honey soy wings and sweet n spicy wings. Everything was absolutely flavorful and delicious! Soup came out piping hot! Wings were crunchy and flavorful! A must order: garlic edamame! That garlic sauce was the signature of that dish! We will definitely come back for other food! And they also have a lot of soju that you can choose from! We love the vibe here as well! Highly recommended!!

We just happened to find Uju’s by Googling “Korean restaurant near me” and they came up. Looked at their reviews and decided to give them a try. We’re glad we did! We really enjoyed everything we got. We had different servers attending to us and they were all very attentive and respectful. Such great service! All the servers seemed to work well together. The music was up a bit and it’s not our type of music but we didn’t care, it’s weirdly nice because though the music was loud, we could still hear each other very easily speaking at a normal level without having to listen to others at other tables. We’re definitely planning on returning to try there other dishes! We ordered the sotteok sotteok, loved the crispy edges of the rice cakes but didn’t care for the sausages, they weren’t horrible but not for us. The LA Galbi was a little on the sweet side but so tender and still so good! Just add a bit of goghujang sauce to cut the sweetness but tastes so good on its own. Ordered the chicken mandu, crispy and tasty! Sweet and spicy chicken wings was one of my husband and son’s favorites because they were so crispy and juicy! Very flavorful. Bulgogi made spicy very tasty. My son had the bibimbap and really enjoyed it. We thought everything was reasonably priced considering the portions were very generous.

First time here and honestly a solid 5 out of 5. The staff were super active and attentive from the moment we walked in. The place is decorated in a modern Korean style with soft Korean music playing in the background. It feels cozy and relaxed. Perfect for a date or just hanging out with friends where you can talk and eat comfortably. Most importantly, the food was amazing. Surprisingly even better than some Korean places I have tried in the city or Chinatown. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. Their signature Watermelon Soju is a must try. They use a real half watermelon, turn it into a drink, and serve it just like that. It is sweet, refreshing, and tastes like blended watermelon with a light kick of alcohol. Very easy to drink. The price is also reasonable for the portion you get. Oh, and before we left, they gave us free ice bar. I had the melon flavor and it was really good. Definitely give it a try. I will definitely come back. Really loved this place.
