Negative Five-Star Experience This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was filled with a strong exhaust/grease odor that lingered throughout the entire meal. It instantly took away from the atmosphere and made it difficult to enjoy the dining experience. The food itself was extremely bland and lacked any real depth of flavor. For the high prices being charged, the quality and portion sizes are completely unjustified. Adding to that frustration is the mandatory 12% service charge, which comes across more like a forced tip rather than a gratuity earned through exceptional service. We also participated in the social-media promotion offering a “premium” steak for sharing online. I specifically requested the steak medium, yet it arrived well done. The portion was shockingly small, overcooked, and had very poor flavor. Labeling this as a premium steak is misleading at best. Between the offensive odor in the dining area, the flavorless food, inflated pricing, forced service charge, and the completely underwhelming steak promotion, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard. I left feeling overcharged, misled, and extremely unsatisfied. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting quality, value, or transparency.
