The vegan veggie quesadilla was delicious! This was not an ordinary veggie quesadilla, it had lots of fresh veggies - spinach, squash, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, vegan cheese and topped with vegan parmesan cheese garlic butter 🤩. I was so happy they carried dairy free sour cream. The owner’s customer service is top tier! Support this black owned business - A MUST TRY!

My vegetarian quesadilla was absolutely phenomenal!!!! I am very impressed with Darnell & the nice lady who helps him pursue his passion and dreams. Like everyone else mentioned, the wait time was awhile … yet worth the wait! I do not feel that should reflect an entire companys review. Darnell will continue to do well as he continues to get even more established. I am very appreciative and grateful for my food as they were at Barkside-Southfield in a food truck! It MAY be best (to avoid the negativity) to mention the delicious food will likely be a longer wait (before a person orders). This should not defer people away. Looking forward to those nachos! Keep crushing your dreams & goals!!!! ❤️😊
