Was so excited that I was able to get something from here on the Too Good to Go app a few days ago!! (Which is amazing and I wish more places would utilize to prevent food waste! Love that they use this!!) but after I placed it had to be out of town so couldn’t pick it up and was sad. Thankfully today I worked at a Holistic Wellness Fair in Aiken and she was there and I got to FINALLY try!!!! Had the kimchi rice bowl and Brussels sprouts salad and so good!!!! The vendor next to me had the eggplant meatball sandwich and said it was amazing!! Wish I had tried it!!! This is not the way I normally have eaten in the past but she has me rethinking my choices for sure!! So glad I found her through the app TooGood Togo and wish more people in Augusta would use this!! She and I chatted about it today and if you have a food business or know someone who does, please reach out to her because it is so sad that food ever goes to waste!! ❤️

Thanks to @plantyou for recommending Too Good To Go, an app where you can order food from local restaurants and stores at a fraction of the cost, all in the goal of preventing food waste. Its a great way to try new places and new cuisines, which Im all down for! Today's offering a surprise bag from Uprooted Vegan Cuisine. Normally $16.99, purchased for $6. This is their Low Country Roasted Tomato and Farro salad, and a sugar heart cookie. Food was fresh and so very tasty, but the cookie was the BEST Ive ever had, and I have had the the best (@meemalovex5). I would eat this cookie out of a dumpster, for sure.

Dill pickle soup to die for not pickley taste has dill in it but the soup is very hearty and flavorful. First time having but will get again. Great job Chef.....
