Music was a little loud but not overwhelming. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was a great first experience.

I could come here every day. Seriously. I came back several times in a short span and it never got old. The focaccia bread is great, the sandwiches are creative. I'd say they have something for everyone. I appreciate that they come by default with a small salad. They have some amazing house made drinks as well. The fruit is fresh, the cookies are quite good. I found their online ordering to be painless and the staff prepared everything perfectly and promptly each time I visited. Obviously they use high quality ingredients and although the prices reflect it, I found it to be a fair value for what you get. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and fast to assist. The cafe is a nice place with plenty of seating and was clean and neat. I was surprised to find they have about 40 locations when I have never even heard of the place. I will not hesitate to stop in to an Urbane Cafe next time I see one.

What truly stood out was his accommodating nature, particularly with our order; he handled our requests with such ease and attentiveness, which made our visit all the more enjoyable. His professionalism and cheerful demeanor significantly enhanced our dining experience, leaving a very positive impression.
