Store manager Jimmy legitimately out did himself !! I always order the same bbq chicken sandwich and when I wanted to try something different he offered to re make it or give me another one if I didn’t like it. Went out of his way to clean our table and even check in briefly to see if liked my sandwich! Staff is friendly and over all very helpful

Delicious food and service from all employess, you can taste and feel the love. Hospitality was sweet, kind and attentive even got a cookie on the house thanks to the general manager. Will be coming again soon. Anavell has great taste in music too, they got the jams playing to set the vibe. ✨️

My homeschool group visited Urbane Cafe Oxnard for a field trip, and the experience was exceptional, thanks to the general manager and staff. The general manager, Jimmy , was incredibly welcoming and ensured everything ran smoothly, demonstrating impressive leadership and care for our group. The staff were equally outstanding—friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. They patiently answered our questions about the menu and operations, even sharing insights about the restaurant’s culinary approach, which made the trip educational and engaging. Their enthusiasm and professionalism created a warm atmosphere that everyone enjoyed.
