Vegan Junkie is a must-try. I went there with some friends and the burgers were absolutely delicious. You could tell the owner was genuinely passionate about his products, and it shows in every bite. The vegan patties are made from scratch and not processed, which makes a huge difference in flavor and texture. I also had the lentil fries and they were amazing—easily a new favorite side. Also worth noting: this is a food truck with a permanent location, so it’s easy to find and grab a great meal.
