Vegan Sun

This has quickly become my favorite restaurant. You do not need to be vegan to enjoy their food- you will not miss the meat. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. If you have a hard time finding good tofu, go here; they do their tofu right! So flavorful with a perfect slightly chewy texture, it’s amazing. I’ve tried at least 10 things on the menu and I love them all but the tofu dishes are my favorite. My one and only complaint is that the music playlist they play can be hit or miss. Sometimes country music plays, and it really kills the vibe 😄 maybe it’s just my bias.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone should check it out. I recommend the lucky lemongrass bahn mi sandwich and the soy ham pho. If you like vegan meat alternatives, the drumsticks are amazing and come with an awesome sauce!

Super tasty flavors and textures. Everything I've tried has been 10/10. Service is always fast and friendly. The facility is always super clean. I love coming to Vegan Sun whenever I'm in Provo!
